Gainesville has mountain bike, road, triathlon, and even cyclo-cross racing nearby and throughout the state. Most of the mountain bike racing is put on by Gone Riding, which promotes endurance and cross country races around the region. Most cyclo-cross and road events can be found through Florida Cycling, including information about the Gainesville downtown criterium. Team Cycle Logic runs the early season "Bring it On" training races in the city of Alachua, near the entrance to the San Felasco Hammock at Progress Corporate Park.
